Prepare With Our Guide
Next, we will pair you with guided instruction that will help you confidently and safely administer your medicine. You will also have access to our 24 hour texting line to help facilitate your at home Ketamine sessions.
Step 4
Your First Session
After preparing your space, begin treatment by placing the ketamine tablet under your tongue. The medicine’s effects last about 1 hour, during which you will relax on a sofa or bed with an eye mask on.

Complete Your Program
Depending on your package you can schedule your guided sessions and/or in clinic visits. If needed, our team is always available by text, virtually or at our office.
